Making to order forms part of a responsible approach to making at Aileach Moon. It enables materials to be sourced as they are required and reduces waste and energy consumption.

Made to order pieces allow for you to become involved in the journey of your jewellery, a degree of personalisation is possible, choose your gemstones or your preferred metal. If you wish to discuss options for your piece, get in touch here.

Materials are ordered specifically for your piece and each item is individually crafted for you. The time between ordering and completion of your piece ready for dispatch is usually 4 to 6 weeks but may be longer during peak season. If you have left it a little late and need an item for a specific date please get in touch here.

If you are selecting a made to order ring it is advised to have your finger sized in person at the studio or you should visit your local jeweller. Please see the guidance on selecting a ring here where you can download a printable ring sizer. Unless Aileach Moon has measured your ring size customers accept all responsibility for choosing the correct size. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss resizing possibilities.

It is not possible to return or exchange a made to order item. Please see Terms & Conditions relating to refunds.

Made to order items must be paid for in full before dispatch, this includes those items paid for by payment plan. Use the contact form here to discuss the option to set up a payment plan, giving details of the item you are interested in. Aileach Moon will then contact you by email to discuss.

By placing an order or setting up a payment plan for Made To Order goods you are agreeing to the general terms and conditions and Refund Policy.

By placing an order you agree that you have carefully considered and chosen the correct size for you. Reach out to Aileach Moon here if you need assistance.

By placing an order you understand that Made To Order items are non-refundable because materials are ordered and the piece is made to your requirements. You understand that this applies even if a payment plan has been commenced.

Aileach Moon reserves the right to offer a refund in exceptional circumstances where the materials for your piece have not yet been ordered to the studio and work has not commenced on your piece.

You understand that the estimated dispatch time is indeed an estimate and that during busy periods timeframes may in fact be longer. Aileach Moon will endeavour to dispatch your item within the estimated timeframe and will keep you informed on progress in the period to dispatch. Upon dispatch you will receive tracking information by email.
